WHY SERVICES TRAIN WITH US

YOUR TEAM MEETS THESE FAMILIES EVERY DAY

Most workforce training covers safeguarding and process - not the practical skill of changing what's happening in a family's home. So the hardest cases get referred out: costs rise, waiting lists grow, and families are supported by someone who's just met them instead of the worker who knows them best.

This programme closes that gap - your own staff, equipped to coach parents through challenging behaviour.

WHAT YOUR TEAM LEARNS

THE 3-DAY PROGRAMME

Whether you want to coach families yourself or equip your whole team, the training is the same proven framework - just scaled to fit.

Day 1

Understanding what
drives behaviour

Your team learns to find the root cause of a child's behaviour - parenting styles, the short and long-term influences at work, the 3-step formula for getting underneath what's happening, and why managing stress in the home changes everything that follows.

Day 2

Nurturing the child &
handling the behaviour

Building the positive first - self-esteem, emotional literacy, effective praise - then the practical toolkit for unwanted behaviour: boundaries, positive consequences, asking for what you want, and planning support family by family.

Day 3

Making sure it lasts

Sustaining change beyond the intervention: balancing family life, communication, and teamwork between everyone around the child - plus how the conscious and subconscious mind drive behaviour, so your team understands why the approach works, not just how to run it..

AFTER THE THREE DAYS YOUR STAFF CAN:

OUTCOMES

  • Assess what's driving a child's behaviour - and explain it to parents in a way that lands

  • Coach parents through a structured, evidence-based approach, session by session

  • Handle the hardest conversations: resistance, blame, exhausted families

  • Deliver consistent support across your whole team, from one shared framework

SCALE IT ACROSS YOUR SERVICE

TRAIN THE TRAINER & LICENCE TO USE

For services that want the approach embedded permanently: Train the Trainer certifies your own staff to deliver the programme internally, and the Licence to Use covers your service to run it with the materials, ongoing. One training investment, cascaded through every team you run - without booking external delivery each time.
